Chair
Former CEO of EE and BT Consumer, Marc has led major transformations in telecoms, media and sport, including the launch of TNT Sports. He now chairs GSG, bringing three decades of leadership in scaling consumer-focused businesses.
Stefano Gastaut
CEO
An experienced global CEO at Vodafone, with a background in Bain and an INSEAD MBA, Stefano has led businesses across multiple geographies and sectors, combining private equity, sport, media and technology expertise.
Alkit Patel
CBO
With two decades in sports strategy and investment banking at CVC, The FA and UBS Alkit has great experience driving innovation and growth in partnership with leagues, and exploring new investment opportunities.
Mathijn Visser
CFO
With over 15 years in investment and M&A at Rothschild and CVC, Mathijn brings deep financial leadership. He serves as CFO of GSG and sits on the boards of Superstruct and Premiership Rugby.
George Barrios
Director
Former Co-President and Board member of WWE, transforming the company into a multi-platform media enterprise creating $5bn in shareholder value. George has also held senior roles at The New York Times, Time Warner, HBO, and Praxair and brings vast expertise in strategy, media and fan engagement.
Michelle Wilson
Director
Former Co-President and board member of WWE, scaling revenues from $500m to $1.3bn while launching the WWE Network. Michelle, previously recognised as one of most powerful women in sport, led marketing at the NBA and USTA/US Open, and now serves on the Board of WTA Ventures.
Simon Denyer
Director
Founder and CEO of DAZN and Perform, and responsible for 2 industry defining sports streaming services of the last 20 years. Simon’s extensive experience in all major markets, and rights holders puts him at the forefront of sports media, digital, data and streaming. Simon sits on the board of GSG, WTA Ventures, Volleyball World and PEAK Sport Media.

A global sports and technology executive with over 30 years’ experience, Alejandro has led major sport and media platforms at the intersection of digital innovation and league operations. Former CEO of Sportian, the sports-tech venture of LaLiga and Globant, he brings deep expertise in platform Innovation commercialisation, and long-term value.
